Parents Page

The purpose of this page is to let parents know what they can do to help make our program successful.  
  • The number one thing that all of our athletes need to do between now and August is to get in the weight room three days per week.  Athletes can come  in and lift Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.  The weight room is open 6:00-7:00pm on these three nights.  If your son is not lifting in the high school weight room three times per week, he is not doing his part.  If the above time slots do not work for you, please contact Coach Makelky and let him know.
